SHIPPING INFO

Within the U.S. - Free shipping on Beastie Bands and By Hand Goods pet tags.  $5 ships everything else.  Most orders are shipped via USPS - Priority Mail.  Orders are generally processed within 24 hours.  You should receive your order within 3-7 days.  Rush delivery options are available during checkout - 3 day shipping for $15, 2 day shipping for $20, and next day shipping for $30.  You will be notified if any item cannot be shipped on time.  Please contact us at  customerservice@palmettopet.com for orders being shipped to a foreign address, rush deliveries, or shipments with special instructions.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Once you purchase a gift certificate, your gift certificate code is sent to you via email.  Gift certificates are redeemed by entering the gift code into the coupon/gift certificate field in the checkout order form.  If you would like the codes to be sent to someone as a gift, simply provide their email or mailing address in the special instructions box during the checkout process.  We will send you a confirmation email you when we send them the certificate.
